Who’s behind it

KeepStaff was developed in 1999 by Better Business by Design and a Clinical Psychologist. It's been delivering the results for clients since then. However, manual evaluation made it a premium product until now.

During a meeting one day, we were discussing the KeepStaff Staff Engagement survey. Simply Smart was born in that meeting to make KeepStaff available to every organisation world-wide using the Internet. Simply Smart is a joint venture between Better Business by Design and Slightly Different. 

After considerable effort, we've substantially automated KeepStaff which means two things:

  1. KeepStaff online costs less than 40% of the labour intensive version
  2. When your last staff member completes their KeepStaff survey, the report highlighting your "strengths and opportinities" arrives in your inbox
